Carvita has been the best place thus far that I have purchased a car from. Chris worked well with me he was patient and didn’t rush me. The car buying process could be long but it was surprisingly fast at carvite. My Range Rover is one of my dream cars and they had the exact model that I wanted. Great place and great customer service. 10/10

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I had to drive an hour to get there, however Chris gladly stayed later to accommodate me. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and made the process as easy as I could ever expect. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend using this dealership to others!

A couple of Saturdays ago I found a car online. It wasn't too far away, so I went to look at it. When I got there with my girlfriend and nephew, Emily came out to greet us. She answered all my questions and was more than willing to set up a test drive with just a copy of my license. The car had a sticker that said no warranty. I was told the car was certified and inspected to the max, and it drove as such. Also, the car has low mileage, so it still falls under factory warranty. I came back the following Saturday with a check. The process was easy, fast, and Emily was more than pleasant! She got us waters and sodas and made us feel at ease. They even took care of the license plate for me. It's being mailed to me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience at Carvita! Thanks Emily!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found this dealership through Carfax. When I got there, the saleslady came out and was very nice and not pushy like some car salespeople. She went with me and explained as much as she knew about the vehicle, and I advised her if I could not find the same vehicle at a lower price I would be back. I came back the next day and was met again with the same warm feeling of customer service unlike the other two dealerships in Monroe (refuse to name) who appeared to be very afraid to approach me as I was looking at their inventory. Not only that, but Chris also worked hard to get me the best deal for financing and even lowered the price enough for me to take ownership of my new Arcadia. They even stayed late until I got back (drove another car there) to pick up my vehicle. I must say if I ever have to get another vehicle, I will come here again. This place is a hidden gem when it comes to car buying.

Bought a 2014 Lexus IS 250 for my daughter and it was clean. I saw the car online and when I arrived Chris told me about a sunroof issue that would be fixed the next day. Test drive went great and the next day we came with the check and purchased it. Took about 15 minutes. Smooth process, Chris was great and my daughter cried!
