I've always believed there are four ways to deal with them: work through them, go around them, go under them, or go over them.Today, I want to offer a sincere apology to Christopher, Ms. Emily, and the entire team at CarVetta.After I posted my original review, another review containing inappropriate messages and images was posted from my account without my knowledge or permission. I have since learned that someone close to me may have believed they were helping because they saw how stressed and overwhelmed I was. While I appreciate that their intentions may have been good, their actions did not help the situation—they made it worse. I will ensure that the person responsible also offers a sincere apology.I am a God-fearing man, and I believe that doing wrong or speaking harshly about others is never the right path. My concern has always been about my experience as a consumer—not about attacking anyone personally.I also understand that dealerships purchase many vehicles through auctions and may not know every issue with a vehicle until it has been inspected. I recognize that, and I wanted to acknowledge it.To Christopher, Ms. Emily, and everyone at CarVetta, please accept my sincere apology for the unauthorized post and any harm or inconvenience it caused. I got a car here as a surprise 1st car for my son and honestly Matt was so nice with all my questions and everything since I did not live close to the place. I felt like I was driving him nuts but it was a great experience compared to any other time purchasing a vehicle. Handled a lot over the phone so when I got there it was ready to go and so was the paperwork had everything done in less than 20 minutes. Best way to go no pressure!!!! I got a super happy kid and I was happy with everything so go see/call Matt!!!!

This is used car dealer. They were straight to the point, everything was clear, price was reasonable, the car was in top shape, no trying to up sale, no unnecessary fees, no smoke and mirrors. A ++++

We recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Carvita. They have a large assortment of vehicles in their lot. The cars are reasonably priced & very clean. The salesman Matt was knowledgeable & friendly. No sales pressure was a plus. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service!! Super efficient team. I have been looking for a new car for some time now and they have made this process so easy and memorable! I was nervous about working with another dealership as I have not had good experiences in the past but the Carvita team has changed this for me. Thank you for your great service!
