A couple of Saturdays ago I found a car online. It wasn't too far away, so I went to look at it. When I got there with my girlfriend and nephew, Emily came out to greet us. She answered all my questions and was more than willing to set up a test drive with just a copy of my license. The car had a sticker that said no warranty. I was told the car was certified and inspected to the max, and it drove as such. Also, the car has low mileage, so it still falls under factory warranty. I came back the following Saturday with a check. The process was easy, fast, and Emily was more than pleasant! She got us waters and sodas and made us feel at ease. They even took care of the license plate for me. It's being mailed to me and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my experience at Carvita! Thanks Emily!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found this dealership through Carfax. When I got there, the saleslady came out and was very nice and not pushy like some car salespeople. She went with me and explained as much as she knew about the vehicle, and I advised her if I could not find the same vehicle at a lower price I would be back. I came back the next day and was met again with the same warm feeling of customer service unlike the other two dealerships in Monroe (refuse to name) who appeared to be very afraid to approach me as I was looking at their inventory. Not only that, but Chris also worked hard to get me the best deal for financing and even lowered the price enough for me to take ownership of my new Arcadia. They even stayed late until I got back (drove another car there) to pick up my vehicle. I must say if I ever have to get another vehicle, I will come here again. This place is a hidden gem when it comes to car buying.

Bought a 2014 Lexus IS 250 for my daughter and it was clean. I saw the car online and when I arrived Chris told me about a sunroof issue that would be fixed the next day. Test drive went great and the next day we came with the check and purchased it. Took about 15 minutes. Smooth process, Chris was great and my daughter cried!

Usually not one to write a review, especially when buying a car….. I hate buying cars. I’ve purchased 4 or 5 used cars over the years and have to say this was the smoothest experience I’ve had. Emily met us outside when we arrived and within minutes we were test driving the vehicle we were interested in. Car drove fine, but noticed some vibrations in the steering wheel (alignment) and some feathering in the breaks at speed on the bypass (rotors). When we got back we went inside talked about the drive and spoke dollars and cents. After taking the weekend to think on it we called first thing Monday morning and said we were interested in moving forward IF they fixed the issues mentioned. By lunch the rotors were resurfaced and an alignment was completed. Emily answered the phone every time we called and updated us throughout the process. We filled out the app to finance and were approved within an hour….. BUT…. the down payment was higher than what we had available. We decided to drive up after work to see if we could figure things out and as we walked through the door Emily told us they found a bank that would work with what we had to put down. Chris met us in the office just before closing time, we signed on the dotted line and drove home with the vehicle we wanted. No high pressured sales tactics, no haggling, no stress. Price was the price and I knew what kind of deal we were getting before I even set foot on the lot. Great experience, great customer service. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next purchase.

We just bought the perfect van for our family and the experience was honestly better than we’ve ever had before! They tuned up the car and ran all diagnostics before we purchased. They make financing EASY! Emily is so WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and no hassle at all! Chris was also great! I would 100% buy my next car here!!! P.S. any negative reviews are from customers that are negative are completely personal and not factual at all. We have come to know the staff, and I can guarantee you they are great!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris Yasmine took care of us from start to finish, including all the paperwork for our tags. We were out of town when our car was wrecked, and Chris was able to help us purchase a car within hours of us arriving at Carvita. I will drive to Monroe (4.5 hours) for our next car purchase, his service was that good! GREAT car too! Thank you, Chris!

I just bought a truck from Chris. I have to say it was the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. This is not a lie and I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. He was honest, patient, and kind. Never once did I feel he was a "used car salesman". I made a mistake and he went above and beyond to make everything right. There was a couple of things I felt needed fixed and he did not hesitate to make me happy. I will refer anyone to Carvita who needs a good quality vehicle at a fair price. Next time I am looking for a vehicle I will give Chris a call first. Thank you for everything you do!
